Does this remove Claude’s official text watermark?
No. Anthropic describes a statistical watermark based on word choices, without hidden characters. This tool cleans Unicode and supported files; it does not detect or verify removal of that watermark.
Are invisible characters proof of AI writing?
No. Editors, websites, languages, and ordinary copy-paste can all introduce them. Some characters are essential to word shaping, text direction, or emoji.
Why is advanced formatting removal off?
Joiners, variation selectors, emoji tags, and direction controls can carry meaningful formatting. Enable their removal only when you understand the effect and can review the output.
What happens to image metadata?
The browser decodes the image and exports a new file without copying the original metadata. No metadata inspection or C2PA verification is performed. Re-exporting does not remove visible marks in the image.
